Outdoor Junction Kit: The Speaker Snap Outdoor Junction Kit uses three of their patented PHX Connectors to connect your outdoor speakers and subwoofers in a safe and weather proof box. It can connect up to two pair of outdoor speakers or a single pair of outdoor speakers and an outdoor subwoofer to a single amplifier. With an IP67 rating, the Outdoor Junction Kit is guaranteed to keep water, dirt, grime, and bugs out.

Note: There is no impedance protection built into to the Speaker Outdoor Junction Box.

Patented PHX Connectors: The Speaker Snap Outdoor Junction Box includes three detachable patented PHX 4-pin connector blocks. On the front of each Speaker Snap PHX connector is a tool-free, snap-lever design to connect your in-wall speaker wire (12-24AWG). On the back of each Speaker Snap PHX connector block is 4-pin "phoenix-style" euro-block connector that plugs into the Speaker Snap Outdoor Junction Box. Gold-plated connectors are used for excellent signal transfer and resistance to corrosion.

• Remove the Speaker Snap PHX 4-pin connector blocks from Outdoor Junction Box.
• Open the snap levers on the front of the Speaker Snap PHX 4-pin connector blocks.
• Then, strip your in-wall speaker wires a 1/4" and insert into each lever of the Speaker Snap PHX connector blocks.
• Now, snap the levers on front of the Speaker Snap PHX connector blocks with the outdoor-rated speaker wires inserted to firmly secure the wire in place.
• Plug the Speaker Snap PHX connector blocks back into the Outdoor Junction Box.

Mounting Options: The Speaker Snap Outdoor Junction Box features an integrated mounting bracket and comes with a ground stake to mount the Outdoor Junction Box near your outdoor loudspeakers and/or outdoor subwoofers. It also features integrated mounting flanges that allow you to mount the Outdoor Junction Box to the outside of your home, porch, or deck. The Outdoor Junction Box measures 5.5" (w) x 1.75" (h) x 6.0" (d).
